ONLINE PILATES CLASSES
If you're looking for an effective and convenient way to exercise you can enjoy the benefits of Pilates in your own home. Georgia teaches group matwork classes and private sessions via Zoom.

September/October Classes:
Monday 7pm - mixed ability
4 September - 9 October

Wednesday 11.30am - mixed ability
6 September - 11 October

Friday 11.30am - healthy backs/beginners

November/December Classes:

Friday 11.30am - healthy backs/beginners

Healthy back classes provide a gentle workout for the prevention and management of low back pain and are also suitable for beginners. Mixed ability classes provide a more challenging workout and assume that you have some Pilates experience. There's a maximum of 12 in each class and classes are pre book only. All group classes are taught using Zoom and run in blocks. You're welcome to try a taster class before booking a block (£10).

Payment:
Payment is in blocks which usually run half-termly (6 classes @ £60). If you miss a class you can make the session up by joining another in the same block.
New clients and beginners
New clients and beginners are welcome, please contact Georgia to complete an enrolment form before joining a session.
Equipment needed:
- mat
- folded towel or head cushion
- small Pilates ball
- band (2 metres)
- light hand weights, toning balls or a couple of tins

Private Sessions
Private sessions are taught using Zoom at a time convenient to you and are tailored to your needs.
Disclaimer:
By taking part in an online Pilates class, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements which may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to join the class. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to let the teacher know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. By joining the class you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher.
