Georgia is a fully qualified studio teacher with over 15 years experience. She offers one to one sessions on the reformer, cadillac tower, and Pilates chair in her home studio in Amersham.
Pilates machines are very versatile providing challenge or support as needed. Georgia has a wide range of studio clients including those rehabilitating from injury, sports men and women looking to improve their performance or prevent injury, and clients simply wishing to increase their strength and wellbeing.

One to one reformer session: £55 an hour
